Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Glowhous, we take great care in ensuring every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@glowhous.com with the order details. After 24 hours, the order is processed for dispatch and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

 

Returns Only for Damaged or Faulty Products: We do NOT accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction. Returns are only accepted if the product you received is damaged, defective, or faulty.

 

Return Window: Eligible returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

 

How to Report a Damaged or Faulty Product: If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please email us at support@glowhous.com within 3 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • - A clear description of the damage or fault
  • - Clear photos and/or a short video of the damaged/faulty product (mandatory – requests without visual proof will not be processed)

Review & Approval: Once we receive your email, our team will review the photos and details. If the return is approved, we will guide you through the next steps for sending the product back or arranging a replacement/refund.

 

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

Non-Returnable Situations: Returns will not be accepted for items that are undamaged, used, washed, altered, or returned without prior approval. Final sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
