Question 1

Is this light genuine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every light is bought new in the USA from the brand or an established US retailer, and it carries its manufacturer's warranty. If one is ever found not to be genuine, we refund you in full.

Question 2

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

3 to 4 days door to door for this item, including the time we take to place your order with the brand or retailer. Every parcel travels with a carrier tracking number.

Question 3

What does the price include?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is added at checkout: there is no shipping charge.

Question 4

Do I need an electrician?

Accepted Answer

For anything hardwired, yes: pendants, chandeliers, flush mounts and wall sconces should be installed by a licensed electrician, following the manufacturer's instructions and your local code. Plug-in table and floor lamps need no installation.

Question 5

What if it arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Keep the packaging until you have checked every piece, and email photographs to hello@glowhous.com within 7 days of delivery. We refund the full amount or send a replacement at no cost, whichever you prefer.
