Pendants, chandeliers, flush mounts and wall sconces that connect to your home's wiring should be installed by a licensed electrician, following the manufacturer's instructions and your local code.
Check the bulb base, the maximum wattage and whether bulbs are included before you buy. To dim a light, both the bulb (or the integrated LED) and the dimmer must be dimmable and compatible.
Switch off and let a light cool before cleaning. Dust with a soft dry cloth; follow the maker's care notes for glass, fabric, brass and marble.
A light carries its manufacturer's warranty. If something fails, write to hello@glowhous.com with your order number and we will take it up with the maker for you.
