We are a direct seller, not a marketplace. When you place an order we buy the item new from the brand or an established US retailer on your behalf and take responsibility for delivery and support until it reaches your door.
You can browse and check out as a guest; an account is optional and simply keeps your orders in one place. Keep your sign-in method secure and your delivery details accurate.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we refund you in full without delay.
You may cancel any order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, from Account → Orders. After that the item has usually been bought and dispatched; write to us and we will do what we can.
If a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and fully refund the affected items before dispatch. We will always write to you and explain.
