Yes. Every product is bought new in the USA from the brand or an established US retailer, and if a product is ever found not to be genuine, we refund you in full.

5 to 9 days for a parcel up to 20 kg, door to door. Every parcel travels with a carrier tracking number.

Nothing is added at checkout: there is no shipping charge.

We will make it right. If your order arrives damaged, please email us photographs of the item and its box within 7 days of delivery, and we will refund the full amount or send a replacement at no cost, whichever you prefer. Because every parcel clears customs specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns of items that arrived in good condition, so if you are unsure about sizing or details, please write to us before ordering.
