HECTO DRIVE 500XL If anyone has ever told you that the perfect commuting light doesn't exist, they're wrong. The Lezyne Hecto Drive 500XL is a darn near perfect little package for any set of handlebars. A single high output LED emitter lights the way in daytime or evening. Its 500 lumen Day flash mode gives an incredible 5 hours and 45 minutes of battery life and helps keep you safe on the road.

The 500 lumen Blast mode gives an hour of battery life, perfect for your commute home after work, or riding home from errands or a night out. With six other lighting modes, this little light offers unrivaled versatility in a compact package. The CNC aluminum body is waterproof, letting you keep this on your bars in all kinds of conditions and weather, and keeps you safely lit in less-than-ideal riding conditions.

The body also features integrated cooling fins to keep the battery at optimal temperature and dissipate the heat from the LED emitter. The battery is USB rechargeable and features an integrated USB stick in the body of the light to help keep your desk more organized and have fewer cables running around the house.

To charge the light, simply remove the rear protective cover and plug the light directly into a USB port. The battery will go from nil to full in a mere 2.5 hours.
