The initial mode of the light string is steady-on mode. If you want to change to flash mode, please follow the steps below: 1. Unplug the Lights : Before replacing any bulbs, make sure to disconnect the power source. 2. Remove the Bulbs : Take out the first and last bulbs from the string (save these for future use). 3. Insert Flash Bulbs : Install the flash bulbs (identified by the red cap) in the first and last positions. 4.
