This post base is crafted from galvanized steel and features a sleek black powder-coated finish, making it not only durable but also visually attractive. The OWT-Lite version includes a 1-inch offset, aligning with international residential building codes for installations using non-rot-resistant lumber. It simplifies the installation process while meeting essential load requirements. Unlike the original OWT products, this version has plates on only two sides, utilizing steel that is 40% thinner, which helps in reducing costs without compromising quality. Key Features: Includes: 1 Post Base Plate, 4 Decorative Plates, and 8 Hex Cap Nuts. Constructed from 3/16-inch thick hot-dipped galvanized steel for maximum durability. Black powder-coated finish offers an attractive appearance and added corrosion resistance. Raised base design elevates wood posts, preventing ground contact and potential rot.
