This Lamp Post flange base is made of cast aluminum and powder coated finish for durability and all mounting hardware is included (anchor bolts, template, set screws & allen wrench). This flange base is used for surface-mounting 3'' diameter posts up to 8' height. This base will accommodate a post with a maximum outer diameter of 3.03'' and a minimum outer diameter of 2.95''. Post is secured with three included set screws. FOR SURFACE MOUNT POSTS ONLY, NOT COMPATIBLE WITH DIRECT BURIAL POSTS
